About Rocket Yoga
Created By Larry Schultz Rocket yoga is a dynamic and versatile style that consists of three series of postures modified from the traditional ashtanga vinyasa yoga. This practice is accessible to all levels that maintains a basic structure to which we can add asanas and variants. The objective is to adapt the practice offering the possibility of progressing in more challenging postures or those we simply want to try, like arm balances and inversions.
• Rocket I: Based on the ashtanga primary series and focused on forward folds and hip opening postures. It helps build shoulder, abdominal, and leg strength
• Rocket II: Based on the intermediate or advanced series, the second and third series of ashtanga. Includes chest opening poses and torsions.
There is also the combined practice of both series known as Rocket III, The BBK or Happy hour.
