You will find elements of modern dance and martial arts in Floorwork. If you’ve already been doing yoga for some time, this is something totally different, and will change the way you work with gravity. This work is graceful and core-centred, and very intuitive one you understand how your own body works.
It takes both technical knowledge and self-trust to perform these movements, so we will work methodically through the sequences each day.
Practical info: No mat or props necessary . We recommend wearing a close-fitting long sleeve shirt and socks for easy sliding. If you have a neck or shoulder injury please contact us to see if this workshop is appropriate for you.
Space limited to 8 students for freedom of movement and quality of instruction.
