Yogi Brunch

Some very wonderful and interesting people come through our studio every day and we think every once in a while it’s good to connect and get to know each other. Our Yogi Brunch provides you the opportunity to stay after class and have an informal brunch with your fellow yogis - it will be a lot of fun!

What to bring / What kind of food does a yogi eat?

  • We think it’s a personal decision. Bring something that fits YOUR OWN definition of healthy food, whether it’s sugar-free or not, vegan or not, gluten-free or not, and it will work. As yogis we’re going to respect each other’s culinary/dietary practices the same way we respect people in any other way :-)

Neshama will provide light juices, tea, coffee, plates + utensils. PLEASE do not bring disposable containers or utensils - we have a kitchen where we can wash up together.
