A deep dive into the wisdom of Ayurveda.

The wisdom of Ayurveda spans thousands of years. The way we live our lives day to day ultimately determines not only our state of health but also our dharma and the way we are able to show up in service in the world. In this training we learn about the principles of Ayurveda that help us to live in an optimale state of balance with resilience, enthusiasm and purpose.

This workshop focuses on Ayurvedic Nutrition. In Ayurveda there is no distinction between food, herbs or medicine. They are all equally esteemed as self-care practices. Prevention is always the best medicine, so here we learn how to eat and prepare food for longevity, balance and energy according to our unique constitutions.

Nourish yourself from within to radiate out in this tasty workshop with Julie. We will start by sharing an Ayurvedic lunch and then discussing food prepping, food combining and finally making our own take-home ktichari.
