Arm balances are a more gymnastic part of yoga classes at the intermediate level. While very impressive to look at, getting into arm balances can be very challenging. Not only do they require power and balance, you also have to face your fear of falling. Energy, focus and courage all play their part.
Thus we’re organizing this workshop on a nice Sunday afternoon where you’ve had time to rest, and can come to this workshop clear-headed and full of curiosity! It’s time to play, laugh and surprise yourself — we’ll show you the tools for getting your feet off the ground.
We recommend following a minimum of 10 Heartcore or Posture Clinic classes prior to taking this workshop.

setting the foundation and warming up
protecting your wrists: anatomy in practice
building courage
arm balances (parsva bakasana, eka pada galavasana, astavakrasana, eka pada koundiyasana, tittibhasana…)
