On this long weekend take some extra time for yourself with this complete XL practice. This class provides a thorough overview of traditional hatha yoga for beginners. We’ll begin with a gentle warm up, pranayama and kriyas before making our way through a grounding yin (Deep Release) and slow flow (Posture Clinic) practice. Expect a very rewarding savasana!
